- Janorify primarily conducts business and fulfills orders within Pakistan. All transactions and terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- By placing an order, the customer (“you”) affirms that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and accept these Terms in full.
2. Ordering and Payment
- 2.1. Product Information: We make every effort to display the products and descriptions accurately. However, we do not guarantee that the color, features, or product specifications will be precisely as depicted on your screen.
- 2.2. Required Customer Information: At the time of checkout, you are required to provide the following accurate information: Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Complete Delivery Address and City. This information is necessary for order processing and fulfillment.

3. Shipping and Delivery
- 3.1. Shipping Carrier: We use trusted shipping and courier partners in Pakistan to deliver your LED lamp order.
- 3.2. Delivery Address: Delivery will be made to the address you provided at checkout. Janorify is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds Policy (Defective/Damaged Goods)
Janorify prioritizes customer satisfaction but maintains a strict policy regarding product returns:
- 4.1. Eligibility for Returns (Defective/Damaged Goods Only): Janorify strictly accepts returns and offers refunds or replacements only if the product is found to be defective (non-functional) or damaged at the time of delivery.
- 4.2. Time Limit and Proof: The customer must notify Janorify of the defect or damage “within 1,2 Hours” of receiving the delivery. To qualify, the customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the product’s defect or the damage upon unboxing.
- 4.3. Ineligible Returns: Returns for “change of mind” or products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after successful delivery will not be accepted.
- 4.4. Full Refund for Verified Defect: If the returned item is verified by Janorify to be genuinely defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the product price and original shipping charges, or a free replacement.

- Janorify strictly does not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged, altered, or misused by the customer after successful delivery.
- Upon receipt of an item returned by the customer, if Janorify determines that the damage or defect was caused by customer negligence, misuse, or improper installation after the product was delivered, the return request will be rejected.
- In such cases, the product will either be held for the customer to arrange collection, or it may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
5. Product Exchange Policy
We offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure you receive the product you need:
- 5.1. Exchange Eligibility: We allow exchanges for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the customer wishes to switch to a different product (e.g., a different model or color).
- 5.2. Free Redelivery: If an exchange is approved, Janorify will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer. The customer will not be charged a delivery fee for the exchanged item.
- 5.3. Price Difference Payment:
- If the new product requested in exchange has a higher cost than the original item purchased, the customer will be required to pay the full difference in price before the replacement product is shipped.
- If the new product has a lower cost, Janorify will refund the price difference to the customer.
- 5.4. Original Product Condition: The product being exchanged must be returned to Janorify in accordance with the standards outlined in Clause 4.3, unless the item is being exchanged specifically due to being defective or damaged upon initial delivery.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
- 6.1. Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, available at https://janorify.com/privacy-policy-2/.
- 6.2. Consent to Future Marketing and Data Retention: By placing an order with Janorify, the customer acknowledges and agrees that we will retain and use their provided contact details (Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address) indefinitely for the purpose of communicating future product updates, special offers, and promotional information related to Janorify’s products and services.
